Randy Pausch, the Carnegie Mellon University computer scientist whose "last lecture" about facing terminal cancer became an Internet sensation and a best-selling book, died Friday. He was 47. I read his book in a day and it is wonderful. Do yourself a favor and read it. If you can't, at least watch the YouTube version of his lecture.
